2025.4.26-5.2 EGU 2025 General Assembly参加報告

Attending EGU 2025 has been an incredibly enriching and memorable experience for me. As one of the largest geoscience platforms, EGU brought together thousands of scientists from around the world, offering a dynamic environment filled with knowledge, ideas, and innovative research. Walking through the vast conference center every day, I was constantly surrounded by posters, presentations, and workshops, all of which seemed equally captivating. Deciding which sessions to attend was challenging, as every talk held the promise of new insights and discoveries.

My days typically began early, navigating through bustling corridors, immersing myself in poster sessions, and engaging with fellow researchers. Each conversation provided a unique perspective on my own work, often leading to insightful discussions and ideas for future projects. I was particularly inspired by the diversity of research presented, ranging from cutting-edge climate modeling to new advancements in atmospheric science. The sheer diversity of topics at EGU kept me constantly on my toes, making every moment intellectually stimulating.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of my EGU experience was presenting my own research. Sharing my findings with an audience that included some of the most respected names in my field was both exciting and nerve-wracking. The positive feedback I received was truly motivating, and the constructive suggestions from established researchers gave me valuable perspectives on how to enhance my work.

Networking was another highlight of the conference. I had the opportunity to meet some of the leading scientists I have long admired, as well as fellow early-career researchers who share similar interests. The exchange of ideas, stories, and experiences left a lasting impact on me, reinforcing the importance of collaboration in advancing scientific knowledge.

In summary, EGU 2025 was not just a conference but a journey of growth, learning, and inspiration. It has fueled my passion for geoscience and left me more determined to pursue my research with renewed enthusiasm.(D2: U.C.)
