Submission regarding publication of research results, etc.

If your research results in the exchange are introduced in newspapers or other media, please contact Ichii (ichii[at]chiba-u.jp) as it is necessary to report them to JSPS.

Utilization of Research Results, etc., and Disclosure to Society

1. Academic journals, etc.

If you wish to publish papers, etc. prepared based on the results obtained through the exchange in an academic journal, etc., please be sure to include the following example in the acknowledgements.
Please include the project number (JPJSCCA20220008) and the fact that the research was funded by the Research Center Formation Project.

2.Newspapers, etc.

When publishing the results of research supported by the exchange program in newspapers, magazines, etc., be sure to clearly state in the publication that the research was supported by the JSPS Core-to-Core Program by referring to the example below.

Professor XXX and his group at XXX University clarified that their research is the result of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) “Research Center Formation Project” at △△△△.

3.Conference presentations, etc.

When presenting the results of your research at a conference or lecture, etc., please mention that the research results were supported by the Research Center Formation Project, and be sure to include an acknowledgment in the proceedings and presentation materials, etc., following the example in 1. above. If there is no space for the acknowledgement in the presentation slides, posters, etc., only the name of the proposal (required) and the name of the JSPS (a logotype or symbol may be substituted) may be included.
If you wish to use the logo type or symbol mark of the JSPS, you must apply for it in advance. Please contact Ichii first.
